Credentials · For procurement & compliance
Everything you need to approve a vendor, on one page.
No forms, no sales call, no “contact us for details.” If you are vetting Bio Safe Janitorial for a contract, this page is written for you. Documents are produced on request, usually the same day.
Insurance & bonding

- Carried in full Commercial general liability coverage is maintained continuously. Your organization can be named as additional insured on the policy at no cost.

- Bonding
- Bonded Janitorial bond in place, covering client property against theft by our employees. Bond details supplied with the Certificate of Insurance.

Note for compliance reviewers
Coverage amounts, carrier names, policy numbers, and effective dates are not published on a public web page. They are on the Certificate of Insurance, which we will send directly to you, and which is the document your file needs anyway.
Personnel screening
Who is allowed to hold a key to your building.
- Background check
- Required before hire Criminal background screening completed and cleared before an employee’s first shift. No exceptions, including for family members.
- Drug screening
- Pre-employment, and for cause Pre-employment drug screening for all staff, with reasonable-suspicion and post-incident testing under our written policy.
- Employment eligibility
- Form I-9 verified Employment eligibility verified and documented for every employee, retained per federal requirements.
- Confidentiality
- Signed by every employee Confidentiality agreement signed at hire. We will additionally sign your facility NDA, Business Associate Agreement, or vendor conduct policy.
- Identification
- Uniformed and identifiable Staff wear branded uniforms on every shift. Photo ID badges provided where a facility requires them. Key and access-code assignment is logged by name and reconciled at separation.
- Subcontracting
- None We do not subcontract janitorial labor. If someone is in your building wearing our uniform, we hired them, screened them, trained them, and insure them.
Training & safety
Trained before exposure, retrained every year.
The OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) requires training before an employee’s first potential exposure and at least annually thereafter. We meet that standard for every employee, not only those assigned to clinical buildings.
-
Bloodborne pathogens
Completed before the first shift in any building, renewed annually. Covers exposure control, PPE, sharps hazards, spill procedure, and post-exposure reporting. Training records are dated, retained, and produced on request.
-
Hazard communication
Safety Data Sheets maintained for every chemical we carry and kept accessible on the cart. Staff trained on labels, dilution, PPE, and incompatible products — never mixing chemistries.
-
Disinfection practice
EPA List N registered disinfectants, applied at label dilution and held for the full label contact time. Color-coded microfiber prevents cross-contamination between restrooms, clinical rooms, and common areas.
-
Slip, trip & fall
Wet-floor signage placed before work begins and removed only when the floor is dry. Cords routed clear of walkways. Applies to day-porter response as much as to scheduled floor work.
Scope & limits
What we don’t do, stated plainly.
A vendor that claims everything is a vendor you have to verify twice. These are the lines we hold, and we would rather you know them before a bid than after a contract.
- We do not transport, treat, or dispose of regulated medical waste or sharps.
- We do not perform terminal cleaning of operating rooms or isolation rooms.
- We do not perform biohazard remediation, crime-scene cleanup, or mold abatement.
- We do not subcontract janitorial labor to third-party crews.
What we do is clean outpatient clinical space, medical and dental offices, professional offices, and multi-tenant commercial buildings — to a healthcare standard, with documented training and full coverage behind it.

References
Our longest-standing client is a regional hospital system, where we clean two buildings including patient-facing space. We are glad to provide contactable references from that account and from our commercial clients — with their permission — as part of any bid or vendor review. Ask at the walkthrough, or call and we’ll arrange it.
