The walkthrough
Maria or a supervisor walks your building with you — about thirty minutes. We look at floors, restrooms, traffic, surfaces, and anything the last crew left behind. We ask what’s been going wrong.

The written proposal
Within two business days you get a scope of work in writing: what gets cleaned, how often, by how many people, and what it costs per month. Line by line. Nothing implied.

Your decision
Take a week. Take it to your board. Compare it to two other bids — we’d rather you did. There is no obligation and nobody will call you three times.
